Our Planning Package Includes:

Communication with your planner 

Initial planning session to  determine vision and design  for your Wedding day  

Assistance in finding and obtaining vendors  

Review of all vendor contracts 

Arrangement and confirmation of vendor arrivals and set up times 

Development of event  schedule for all vendors 

Final walk-through at venue 

Assistance with last-minute  details (seating charts,  wedding programs, menu  selection, etc.) 

Meet with the venue coordinator  and assist with coordination  

Development of a day-of timeline for the Wedding party  and family members and  management of the Wedding  Day schedule  

Delivery and setup of all  personal items to the venue 

On-site on the wedding day to  assist with miscellaneous  activities (coffee runs,  assisting with vendors, lunch  for wedding party, etc.) 

Assess to “Bridal Emergency  Kit” 

Coordination of rehearsal,  ceremony, and reception
